“i found the co op insurace easy and the staff easy to understand always light hearted i loose things there down fall isoffering rac coverage as ablock part of the insurance ,after the most frightening,disturbing treatment at the most unhelpfull lying cheating firm ,i will never ring them again i would ring the police first,i have been unwell taking morphine and other medication due to a bone problem in my hips we were told lies i broke my heart in agony in the back of a flat seat truck i have lies in black n white ,appologising to us for 2 hour waits that were 5 hours,stranding us at east mid airport,takin our car to a garage for security amazing saftey being dumped in a hotel cpark till the day after i was visiting my very ill 87 year old father i was uncomfy being passenger but may the lord strike me down if i have lieed once and theres a lot more my 12 year old daughters story of the encounter is heartbreaking.”
