“Does ellis and co wear this tat. The type A jadeite necklace is so rare. .......so rare in fact it's been on many times I'm sick of seeing it. The chain is gold tone and looks cheap and nasty. The herbal diet pills are dangerous. Cost pennies to make. Anything to line the bennetts pockets.”

“This company preys on housebound older and disabled persons. I know many pensioners who have become addicted to shopping with this company and think that they are investing for their grandchildren. It's shameful. I have been the recipient of many gifts and the quality is atrocious - the stones fall out, jewellers are unable to resize the rings because the setting of the stones is so poor. Highly unethical company.”

“This review is about Visage products. They aren’t bad but are no better than other mid-range products. What appalls me is that they are made in China. I asked why and the response was: ‘China has some of the world’s best cosmetic labs, which is why many large brands manufacture there. Having looked at working with labs here in the UK, the technology and manufacturing process isn’t as developed, as so much of the worlds’ cosmetics come from this area, it has become a hub of innovation.’ For me, this has no logic. The brand is neither among those that offer advanced production techniques nor is it a top end brand. Personally, perhaps the worst aspect of these products being made in China is the cost to the planet. The impact of transporting thousands of make up and skincare products from China to the UK must be enormous. Why not get them made in the UK? Other top brands that have been popular for years do. Sorry, but I will no longer buy these products.”

“I have been buying jewellery both gold and silver from gemporia for over a year now, I buy to sell on through my business. Every bit of jewelry I have purchased is as stated on the show and website, I have made at least 50% profit on every item.”

“Stop insulting our intelligence. Now it's the "wizard "that's making the prices so low. The wizard apparantley moves things around jaineys home. Stop it! !!. We aren't stupid. Ellis and her chicolino and hola shouts. She's patronising. Then Ruth and her flippin sausage. The over use of the words bananas, mental, sublime, nuts, crazy. Shut up. So fake. As for destello. Expensive PVC.”

“I don't understand how this company gets away with telling lies about their low prices....it's either that "the producer made a mistake" or "the computer went into override" or similar. Very unethical . Not to mention silly faces their presenters pull when they claim they have never seen such low prices. Is it legal?”

“The presenters are so fake. Waffling on for ages. Sublime. Bananas. Crazy. Then the fake look of shock on their faces at the final price. Supposedly cost 10s of 1000s a carat yet they are selling it for 20 quid. Makes no sense. They must think the viewers are stupid. Ellis is so patronising . As for edina messing around with her hair all the time. She must have nits. Then there's Ruth and her whoopage and sausage. I could lob a brick through the tv.”

“Reported them to the ASA. Advertising stones as completely natural and comparing to some worth thousands...when the stones were irradiated, so clearly not natural . Lindsay especially dies this.”

“If I could give a negative it would be -5*. The jewellery is cheap and nasty under 10 under 20 should be in pence not pounds. Bought all Lorique in the past many were scratched stones due to poor cheap labour setting gems. But my main concern is with trustpilot reviews those can't be real, those are being completed by a sweat shop in the warehouse of gemporia towers more like. Destello items on Internet for half of the price and all shipping from China. All I can say is its a sinking ship with abominable customer service to once loyal customers think before you buy is my advice you can get most of the junk they are selling in the costume jewellery section of any High Street once they're open and you can be guaranteed a hassle free return without footing postage charges”

“I have shopped with Gemporia for about 7 years. I liked the company up until this past year. I had a horrible time returning items. I had tracking that showed that they made it to the returns department in New York, but since CoVid had much of New York shut down, Gemporia couldn't find my items. When they finally got them, they did not honor the return. Instead of refunding my money, they gave me credit in my account. I was very disappointed. I will not shop with them again.”

“I am very disappointed in Gemporia lately. They sand cracked gemstone where The item was probably returned by customers 100 times ( Gemporia would not reimburse on shipping, they will claim that it is part of inclusions. Really? I can see cracks without a loop. Also, each time I send the item back; I have to bag them for my money. I do leave post office receipts with trucking all the time since Gemporia does not want to give a refund. In addition to all that, I found out that some items that they have on action, have higher pricing then on there website. The website has cheaper price then action; with it said, they will not honor the cheaper price even thought I send them screen shot email. They gave me lousy excuse because they do not want to change to a cheaper price. Even if it is listed on their website. They want to make more money with the scan they running on. Consumer please be aware before you buy something from them. I am attaching picture taking minuets after one another between placing on order online and their website”

“I bought a diffuser with gems in from them. It has very little smell you would have to put the reads right up your nose to be able to smell it. Waste of money. And there jewellery when it arives is not nice”

“Phoned today for the March Reed defuser I was told they were unavailable because they have been on air a few times, and were unavailable to order!? , I question this poor customer service. Purchased a sleeping beauty turquoise and tanzanite ring looks like a return no shine very dull in colour fault at the back of stone The tanzanite is more white than blue(returning with a request for postage back) Not good enough gems”
