“GetGeared: Good but watch out for stock levels - GetGeared, in the main, are very good. The iPad app is excellent and the range of gear available broad. I’ve bought plenty from them in the last 18 months. I’ve found staff on the phone helpful. My one issue with them is a tendency to advertise items they don’t actually have in stock. The app will often say ‘In Stock’ for a particular size, but it then turns out they don’t have it. They debit your money straight away whether they have the thing or not. And this can leave you hanging for items never likely to appear.”

“I've used Get Geared several times… - I've used Get Geared several times online and in person via the Leeds store. They get the job done, the stock in the shop is a fraction of what you see online so always check before driving. Online sales can be a little hit and miss I've had items listed as 7 days take weeks and wrong size items sent. Also took weeks and weeks to get a very expensive jacket refunded.”

“Amazing staff not so amazing website - The staff instore and on the phone were excellent and easy to talk. They helped me het the best gear for my budget and was very professional. However, i had fair few issues with the online ordering as in several cases I did not recieve conformation emails as well as dispatched emails.”

“Great service - Great service, friendly staff and best price anywhere on the helmet I bought. Only thing stopping me giving 5 stars was I needed a refund and it took longer than advised to get it but that’s all. Otherwise it a was superb experience the return was totally fuss free it was just a shame the helmet didn’t suit.”
