“Great customer service, just a shame I had to find out - Absolutely excellent customer service and painless returns, just a shame that the goods provided weren't suitable (no fault of GetGeared). Will be sticking to offline motorcycle clothes shopping in the future, but will visit GetGeared's leatherhead store to do so”

“Price match fail - The advert reads "we will match any offer" so I emailed them an offer on an action camera £10 cheaper at curry's. Prompt reply from GG telling me they won't price match as it is out of stock at currys, fair enough I think and order anyway paying extra for quick delivery. Then I get an email from GG stating that they have no stock but they will send it when stock arrives. Stock eventually arrived and my item was sent but not the great service I expect from Get Geared”

“My original order for a motor bike helmet… - My original order for a motor bike helmet was delivered quickly, but it the fitting was too small. I returned the helmet, but I had to chase this up as it took a good 10days before it was registered as having arrived. A replacement helmet arrived quickly. Unfortunately this was not working properly since the sun visor could not be operated. I think buying a motor bike helmet by mail order was probably not a good idea on my part.”

“Good overall - I chose GetGeared to purchase a pair of summer gloves because it appeared that they had them in stock. Rather surprised, therefore, to get the confirmation with the statement that they were, in fact, out of stock. Got no reply to my email querying this, but actually received the gloves a few days later. Returning to the website it seems that it is possible to select "only those items in stock", which I had not noticed before; my mistake, it would seem. So, overall, pretty good service, but a clearer website would be appreciated.”

“Visited the shop in Leeds was … - Visited the shop in Leeds was disappointed in how I was dealt with, I was looking for a specific brand of waterproofs and was pointed to a rack which contained various brands some of which were on the floor, there, was a bit of follow up but basically that's all we've got, no effort to guide or indicate I could check online. On my return home I contacted your online sales as I was concerned about purchasing the correct size, and, your sales rep Victoria saved the day, she helped me with my sizing concerns, offered to order them for me but I wanted to browse the site more, so credit to Victoria a bit of work needed in Leeds. The ordering process went smoothly and although one part of my order was not in stock it was despatched a couple of days later and I received the whole order within 7 days which is acceptable. I have already used the waterproofs and I am very pleased with this product.”

“To be honest i want to say every thing … - To be honest i want to say every thing was prefect. But i think you guys need to design your websit better than this to make it easier for searching the product. Especially for sizing and some of the clothing geting mix with lady clothing or othere things. But when you find what you want every thing is so easy applying for finance is super quick and delivery and packaging is perfect. Hopefully with my next order yoi get 5 star”

“Good selection of kit - Good selection of kit. But they don't have it all in all of the time, so if you need something quick, best ask first. My order took 10 days or so, but I wasn't in any rush.”

“A great website and team - A great website with a large range of motorcycle related items. Staff in store are very helpful too. They even price match online and normally you get a quick response. The only negative I have so far are the order updates. Sometimes I dont receive any notification as to where the item is or a tracking code and on one occassion the tracking did not update until it was delivered - unsure if this was a getgeared or royalmail issue. But getgeared are generally great, with a helpful team. I wish there were more shops and even more products.”
