“I had a a very good from a Freddie a whom helped me arrange a family flight over a two days ,he was patient with getting me through hurdles to get actual booking and was communication was excellent,very happy with result. Thank you Freddie .”

“So I had bought a return ticket to Colombia and decided to cancel the return part of the ticket. I called Get a Flight and they wrongly advised me that I could get £320 back. I checked this several times with different agents before committing to cancelling the return ticket. When I made the call, they told me that I could not get any money back. Unfortunately by then I had made arrangements to stay in Colombia based on knowing that this extra expense would be offset by the £320 refund. I should not have believed this company. They are not serious and completely inconsistent with the advise they give. They feel no scrupule about lying to their customers. They will simply deny the truth and get away with it. Manager today was the same. I will never use them again and advise you not to either.”

“Getaflight CustO'mer Service +1 8O5.420 '3O7O Getaflight pH.one NumBer'' +1 8O5.420 ,.3O7O Tabitha Gruelle was every helpful I just called to give the mileage of my vehicle and she also help me download the app on my phone before hanging up the phone thank you again. Tiffany in customer service was amazing! I called to update a credit card that had been lost and change our email and home address' for two of our vehicles. Tiffany was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. I dread calling any customer service department, but this was a pleasure. My experience was excellent. I called to canceled my policy because we couldn't afford the policy, but it was reduced down to make it more affordable for us. He never made us feel bad about ourselves being on a fixed income.”

“I was quite nervous about booking air tickets on line again due to previous traumatic experiences in which scam involved.However this has changed after talking with Ricky on relation to purchasing international long haul flight tickets. Ricky is so patient and understands my fears and anxiety and he very calm and approachable. Of course , we have set up our security standards to ensure purchasing tickets is going through smoothly. Ricky has been very knowledgeable about what he’s doing and served the best possible services to the customer like me. I strongly recommend the GF to go through a safe, secure process to obtain the right tickets. Thank you much appreciated.”
