“Pretty seamless transaction to book the flight however a problem occurred on the return leg, which despite Richard Neeson's best efforts we couldn't resolve in the time available thereby requiring an alternative one-way flight back from the US to LHR to be booked. Richard remained in contact throughout suggesting alternative options and has taken it upon himself to try and secure a partial refund from the carrier due to the issues experienced. His approach to customer service is exemplary.”
