“Hi would like to thank customer relations Richard Neeson who helped me with a booking problem. Richard was courteous, pleasant and very professional. He dealt with everything as he said he would and nothing was too much trouble for him. Richard is definitely an asset to your company and if it wasn’t for his kindness and assistance I probably would not have used your company in the future , he changed that. “I was unable to complete my booking online and therefore had to contact customer service, the advisor KEVIN WALKER was excellent, very efficient and helpful, He managed to ensure the booking was secured at the same price, kept me informed throughout the process and delivered what HE promised. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be using the service again. HE Sent me E-ticket in 2 hours as well ,Smooth seamless process from booking the air ticket to boarding very friendly and cooperative. Definitely will do business again. I am giving 5 stars to all over and also specially”

“The WhatsApp service was super easy to communicate with the Getaflight staff. Despite a quite slow response initially, Kevin helped me find a flight that suited me and once caught at the right time resolved my request promptly. Overall this was a much more positive experience than using other customer service platforms.”

“Kevin was great to change my flight in few minutes now I am happy to Travel to UK back .The service has been straight forward so far. E-tickets arrived within 1 hrs and booking confirmed. Price was better than going direct with the airline. Rapid, clear communication and helpful when I needed to make changes to. Do remember T&C's for booking with an agent are different to direct with the airline but that is the same for any agent. Friendly, kind and respected, helped me complete it asap and made sure to help if I had any problems, tony was the staff I had communication with and I was very happy with him”
