“With regard to booking my flights, KEVIN was very helpful. He quickly was able to offer me appropriate flights at a good price. All questions promptly answered. I was happy to receive my E tickets within an hour of making the payment. I would reccomend "GetAFlight", from my experience so far. I hope going forward everything runs as smoothly. “Kevin, CS, he was honest, very professional, calm and resolved with my rebooking of ticket with ease. He ensure, the waiting time in transit was reduced for my return, from 7 hours to 3 hours! Overall, excellent customer services, including the person who answered the phone initially called "Freddy".”

“I bought a ticket to Brazil through this company. The company Virgin Atlantic appeared as the operator, but the company that actually makes the transport is LATAM. I received the eTicket with the number and other data. When I went to check in at Virgin Atlantic, a message appeared saying to check in at Latam. When I went to the LATAM website to check in, the message that appeared was that the e-Ticket number did not match. The flight will be in 12 hours and so far I don't know if I'll be able to travel.”
