Company keeps you up to date step by step making it a very personal experience . installation was quick . beautiful bed - like it so much wish i bought a bigger one now ! exceptional customer service , American lady on the phone was uber helpful too . “We ordered a double bed in oak, for my son, and it is absolutely beautiful. We can smell the freshly cut wood. It is well made and I know we will get many years of wear out of it. Get Laid Beds maintained communication with us throughout the process of it being made and delivered. I will probably order one for the spare room as it is such good quality x forgive my son’s untidiness, the room is on the process of being redecorated in a Japanese style with natural tones”

“We're delighted with our new bed. We ordered an EU King size bed frame and mattress and had several custom modifications made to the frame. As I was concerned to get things right, I emailed and rang the customer services department a number of times and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were endlessly pleasant and patient with my requests. The only slight downside was that the delivery invoice showed only the bed arriving and not the mattress but both turned up together and it all turned out well in the end. The bed is solid and stable and we're sleeping very comfortably on it.”

“WOW!!! What a fantastic product. I purchased a bed my golden retriever. Honestly, the quality is superb. It will last forever. Great mattress. Customer service excellent. I was kept informed every step of the way. Also , the delivery service was great they also kept me informed and were very professional. Thank you all .”

“Purchased a Low Tokyo bed. Very good quality, solid wood and solid design, and I like the fact that each piece is ever so slightly different due to the hand-made construction. However I need to also mention that driving the long screws in for the assembly of the main body is hard work - you need good tools!”
