“Drop-bed gorgeous I am thrilled with my first purchase from Get Laid Beds. We discovered the company online after searching for a bed which we didn't think actually existed until we found this aptly-named enterprise. From start to finish, the order process was quick and efficient with regular updates relating to the delivery of our new bed, which was delivered within an impressibly short amount of time. Once the bed was delivered, I had occasion to call the company and the customer service I experienced was exemplary. Becky was extremely helpful as well as professional, courteous and friendly and answered my question in full. The bed itself is an absolute delight. It was easy to put together (by three people) and looks fantastic. For once, no missing parts, no damaged pieces and clear instructions in well-written, plain English. The most impressive thing about the ottoman bed we ordered is the mechanism. It is the easiest ottoman bed to operate that I've ever owned. The only negative I can provide for feedback is that the assembly service wasn't available in our area. We'd have happily paid for someone to construct the bed for us when we ordered but as it was easy to do this is no biggie. All in all. Five stars, you guys. It's the bed I've always dreamed of.”

“Very easy company to deal with, we needed a bed with a headboard that is a bit higher than the norm and this was no problem at all. The bed frame was delivered and was very well packaged which protected the pieces fully. The instructions were easy to follow and we are delighted with our bed frame. The company kept me informed of progress of our bed from start to finish, excellent.”

“Gorgeous bed. Our second bed from Get Laid. We wanted a double day bed and this was the only one I could find online. Delivered quickly and on time and easy to assemble, although I will say that the instructions didn’t seem to fully match the bed - some screw holes were definitely in different places but it came together in the end and all feels sturdy.”

“From the day I ordered a tailored bed, to the day it was delivered and assembled, the service was very good. The bed, a modern ohio day bed, is quite unique and well built. Adam, the delivery driver and assembler, was cheerful and friendly despite my being the last call at the end of a very long day for him. Adam also helped me move a heavy mattress on to the bed. “Adam and Zac who delivered the bunk bed and assembled it were very professional. They even pointed out our other Get Laid bed recently purchased and moved from Italy and assembled by our movers was missing screws and insisted on fixing it to ensure the bed lasts. Luckily, I had the other Get Laid bed as the storage box does not fit under the bunk bed. I recommend adding a note about this on your site.”
