“We have an unusual mezzanine in our house that literally just has enough space for a double bed and not much else. It creates an incredibly peaceful space though as you can't get a desk or, tv, or much else up there so you are really going to be undisturbed! The space saver bed was exactly what we needed. Not too tall either which was useful as the room has a sloping window. The bed was easy to put together and feels robust and sturdy. I was impressed by the offer of a guarantee as well so I feel safe that I can go back to the company with any queries. Happy to see they used FedEx which I find to be a reliable courier company too.”

“Lovely bed, relatively easy to assemble. Although, some of the images could be a wee not clearer... I missed the wee biscuit things first time around. I only realised because we also got the storage drawers and the instructions for those mentioned them - would be helpful if the instructions had words too. Although I appreciate it was also because I was just ploughing on ahead... The bed is a really good height, we are still waiting for a new mattress, but it looks fab! Seems pretty solid too Delivery was good, came on the day we booked.”

“We arrived at Get Laid beds as we were looking for a robust and stylish solid bed. The service was efficient and fast and we are delighted with the bed. We looked at so many beds and many of the robust solid wood beds were old fashioned and Getlaid beds fitted our brief perfectly !”

“Purchased a double bed for my 20 year old son to replace his single bed that I purchased from Get Laid Beds six years ago. The single bed is still as sturdy as it was the day it was purchased so has gone to his sister’s house to be used in her spare bedroom. Absolutely fantastic quality beds that last. Great range of finishes and styles. This one was the coffee bean option. Delivery was good too as I was able to select a Saturday.”

“I’ve never really looked at beds from outside the bigger brands but Im really happy I chose to go with Get Laid Beds for my new one! Im so impressed with the finish and quality, the bed is very solid and was so easy to build. Highly recommend - will definitely buy any future beds from here in future.”

“Amazing company. Customer service is superb. Very prompt answers to my queries, incredibly polite and helpful. I can’t recommend this company enough ………5 stars isn’t enough! The bed frame I purchased ( Shoreditch ) is absolutely fantastic quality and will last beyond most other products on the market. The wood finish is beautiful………as smooth as silk. I am so happy with the design of this frame because it fits into a corner that was problematic for any other design. THANK YOU GETLAIDBEDS ❤️”

“Fantastic build quality, & colour options (Coffee bean was my preferred choice, mature, simple, & looks great) Although the temptation to pre-book someone building it on your behalf, i highly recommend you roll up your sleeves & built it yourself, takes o/a 2-3hours tops, & the satisfaction is worth it...plus you can order a bougie takeaway with the saved £80 & eat dinner in bed. Do it. Great service, thank you & good luck”

“The on-line ordering process was simple and easy to complete, including a host of different options for both mattress and bed. You even get to chose which day to have the items delivered, which suited me perfectly. Once the order was placed, there's a steady stream of e-mails confirming and then later informing you of the progress - I even got one saying the bed was beig painted and then going through quality control. Really felt like the company wanted to inform you as much as possible - including confirmation of despatch and all the tracking details we've come to expect from on-line orders these days. The couriers were efficient and fast - one minor niggle was having paid extra for a by 12 noon delivery, they actually arrived 30 mins late, and the T&Cs say they won't guarantee any time slot. But otherwise all good. The bed and matress came well packaged - indeed, the matress was triple-bagged to protect it, and therefore pristine once unwrapped. Assembling the bed was relatively easy: I would say that the instructions could be slightly clearer - there's a lot of white space on the pages so the 'close up' bubbles showing 'detail' could be even better. But what I thought was great was, even though there were only 2 screw sizes, the instuctions had a exact sized template that you could hold a screw against to know you were using the right one. Brilliant. Lots of pre-cut holes making locating screws easy - but you definitely need an electric screwdriver to complete the job (or at least I did). Also, the company provides a several more screws than you need - this is always a sign of a customer-focused, service-oriented company in my view. The assembled bed looks great, and having bought a mattress without trying it, I'm delighted with how comfortable it is. All round, an excellent experience - quality of service and of product is superb, at what I consider to be a very reasonalble cost.”
