“We are extremely pleased with our very comfortable super king-sized ottoman storage bed. It is so much more solid than others that we looked at in stores, but, despite being as large as it is, it's manageable to lift to access the storage underneath. Having looked at Get Laid Beds online and wondering if they would really be as good as the reviews suggested, I realised that they were just half an hour from my home so went to the showroom before buying. There was a good range of beds to see and try and the staff were extremely helpful. The email communication once I had ordered was excellent, keeping me updated at every stage. I opted for the standard delivery which was only to the ground floor of my house. We managed, but I would recommend going for the slight additional cost if ordering a very large mattress, as I suspect that the delivery people are far more skilled at getting it upstairs than we were! There was a slight issue with the assembly instructions, but a call to the office and a very helpful video from them resolved the problem. They have assured us that the error in their instructions is being corrected. This was the only problem we encountered and I have still given a top rating, as the product itself and customer service warrants that.”

“I initially purchased a small single bedframe and this time purchased some new bedding. I haven't had a chance to use the bedding yet, but I have confidence in the materials and workmanship from my experience. Customer service has been very helpful in facilitating my orders.”

“We absolutely love our bed! We chose to assemble it ourselves and we were slightly worried that we wouldn't be able to do it! However, the instructions came with it and it was so easy to do! The quality of the bed is amazing, I posted it on my social media and i cant even count the amount of messages I've received asking where it's from! I never want to leave our bedroom now! Thank you so much x”
