“Extremly bad experience, they left us in a middle of night in airport with small kids because our flight was delayed 40mins.. Driver sad it is your problem and you need to pay extra 30eur, even though he saw flight information and wasnt in the airport, so we took airport taxi for 23eur and it was much more faster than to wait rude driver, customer service is so dissapointing, no money back, no appology, just 'its our standart rules', what rules? Dont give a s... On your customers? So just dont waste Your money and time using this scam company ;)”

“Fixed price paid upfront. No mysterious extra fees added on. The driver was most polite. He put on calm background music which was perfect after a long tiring flight. Will definitely go with Gettransfer again.”

“Ordered for elevated Price one week in advance. Driver did Not Show up Not was reachable by phone. As I has to Pay in advance, Now I had to prove the Situation and ask for refund at a Time i was Busy with traveling.”

“After a 9 hour flight to New York, I just wanted to flop into a seat and relax. Job done. My driver was waiting and we were on our way to Manhattan before I knew it. Toll roads are included in the price so I didn't have to pay extra. Thanks!”

“Terrible service, would recommend booking direct with drivers as they charge 6% on top of price and take 25% off the drivers. I have been waiting since November 2022 for a payment. I have emailed several times and still cant get a definite answer when payment will be made. I have sent them an invoice for late payment of 10 months and instructed a solicitor to contact them. I have also asked for COMPLAINTS procudure to which I have had to reply. I have requested my account closed which so far I have had NO REPLY - Avoid as very poor”

“Do not use Get Transfer - their customer experience is terrible. I had a booking that they did not turn up to and then cancelled after the booking time - leaving me with no replacement and no alternative. I had another booking with them that I then cancelled ahead of time (5 days out), based on this experience and they then kept all the money for that booking - providing no refund. This is not a good company and I thoroughly recommend you do not use them.”

“Overall an excellent way to book a reliable transfer, although the prices did not seem all that low to me. The driver could communicate in English on Whatsapp, but he was not so comfortable with it in person. He didn't have any water for us even though it was very hot in Antalya.”
