“Our driver was waiting for us exactly where we had been told and also carried a sign with our name on it, which made our children very excited! Good car. Recommend.”

“Please be careful when you use this company. When we went out of Antalya airport arrivals, no one was waiting for us. We waited 30 minutes, called gettransfer but no luck. We had to take a taxi and it was almost double price. And now they refuse to pay our money back. Very bad company. I wish I have read reviews before I booked with this company. Not sure, even they are a company..Never again!!”

“We were met right at the airport building, the driver help up a name board and escorted us to the car. The ride to our destination was pleasant and the driver was very friendly. Thank you very much))”

“Our trip to the hotel went smoothly enough, but the return to the airport was not so great. We were told that the original driver could not make it but another car was on the way. This one was cramped and the luggage could barely fit. Customer service sent us a voucher for a discount so at least that's something.”

“Travelled from our hotel to Dubai airport for our flight back to France. Very positive experience = very friendly and punctual driver. He was extremely nice to us. Very reasonable fare - the hotel had offered to book a transfer but it was twice as expensive!”

“Joesau was great. Smiling, helpful, and friendly. During the journey from Faro airport he put music on for the kids. which they particularly enjoyed. It felt like 10 minutes instead of the actual 30 minutes. Tanks again.”

“As a driver they owe me $4000 since 2020 and refused to pay me. They continue to want me to provide services to them. I won't work with them. Let alone use them. Let them burn.”

“Our car arrived 15 minutes early so no stress wondering if it would turn up. Very pleasant driver knew the area well. Greattrip! It was a tight fit for four, but not too bad for a 30 minute journey. Next time I'll choose a bigger car. otherwise all good.”

“- They haven't paid to drivers for a long time - You maynot be met at the airport - In case of any delay, You can pay more or even driver will be left without notice. You have to pay for expensive call or other taxi service - The vehicle and other stuff You book maynot match your reservation (e.g. lower class vehicle, no wi-fi or child seat, language) - If you want to cancel, or any driver doesn't show up, They won't return your money to your credit card. They will just offer you other transfer service - Most of the drivers, without necessary licenses and insurances. In case of any issue, You can be in a big trouble - Many of the positive reviews are fake, they pay for reviews - It seems they are Russian scam company even without a proper address and communication means soon going to bankruptcy”

“The entire experience went smoothly, from booking to arriving at my destination. The app is really intuitive to use and even works on my old Samsung. The only downside: online chat is not very helpful.”
