“ATENTION TO ALL DRIVER, THEY STOP PAYING!!!! I am a driver and when I start to work they pay me two times smal amount, then I trust them and I work a lot 1 mounth (december), I drive for 2000 eur, and they didnt pay me, they have time to 10.01.2023 for pay, I ask where is my money and they said wait to end of March.”

“My transfer was cancelled at short notice, gettransfer sent email with apologies, my gettransfer app balance was credited with refund. This is no use to me now. I want the refund bact to my debit card. I am still waiting!”

“I decided to book gettransfer to take me from the airport to downtown Istanbul. I was a little worried, but I liked the way it went. I had a nice driver who got me into town quickly. The car was very nice, with air conditioning and music. I was pleased with me ride. I would definitely recommend them to other people.”

“FRAUDSTERS - extremely poor service - they cancelled my transfer with less than 18 hours notice by email - I only saw it by chance - and then they wanted an extra $50 to rebook with a different car. I refused - and they refused to give me my money back - dreadful company - terms and conditions are ridiculous and do not make English sense. AVOID AVOID AVOID - unreliable and FRAUDSTERS”
