“I liked the concept — you post a request and then get offers from different drivers. I needed a spacious car with a lot of trunk space for my bike bag, and it was great to actually choose a vehicle that fit. The process is a bit different from regular taxi apps, but it worked well.”

“Used them for a pickup in Dubai after a 14-hour flight. Car was cool (literally and figuratively), driver offered us water bottles, and was really polite. We had a short wait outside the terminal, but overall, a very smooth ride. Would definitely use again.”

“Honestly, it just worked. Nothing fancy, but I didn’t have to worry about finding a cab or dealing with exchange rates. Driver met me with a sign, drove carefully, and got me to my hotel in Paris without stress. That’s all I wanted.”

“Got picked up in Lisbon and dropped off at a countryside Airbnb about an hour away. The driver was super friendly, helped with bags, and spoke great English. Only knocked off a star because the van was a bit older than expected, but nothing major”

“Overall a good service. We were traveling as a group of 5 with ski equipment, and finding transport in the Alps can be tricky. The driver helped us fit everything into the van and even offered water bottles. The only thing was the meeting point wasn’t super clear at first, but we sorted it quickly by phone.”

“Booked a transfer from Barcelona airport to our hotel in the Gothic Quarter. The driver was already waiting when we landed, which was great after a long flight with kids. The van was clean, spacious, and the AC worked well. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because we had to walk a short distance to meet the car due to traffic restrictions in the area, but not really their fault.”
