They arrived badly damaged and when I requested replacement I got one vague response about a return label which was never delivered despite 2 emails and 2 phone calls. I am yet to receive any remediation 5 days later and they were supposed to be for Valentine’s Day which won’t happen since that is tomorrow. Save yourself the trouble and buy elsewhere.

I purchased theses flowers well in advance for my daughter. She was to receive them on her birthday (I paid extra for that). The day of her birthday (Saturday) I e-mailed the company to find out what time they would be delivered that day. I got a call from the owner saying that they were lost and would be sent out on Monday. A week past. No flowers. I contacted the owner again and she emailed me a picture of the address label and said they are on their way. Sure enough, they arrived 11 days later! I receive a discount because of the late delivery. For the price of these flowers, I would have expected better customer service. I will not use this company again.

Ordered cream colored roses for my wife. They sent my wife peach colored instead. I’d never have placed this order if I knew my wife would smile at first, then place the flowers in her closet.

The flowers himself selves are beautiful but they have a very non-pleasing odor other brands that I have purchased not only look as nice but have a very pleasing fragrant smell.

Arrangement was sent to wrong address; it was for granddaughter's 21st birthday. It was sent to me.........when I opened it, thee majority of the blossoms were laying loose in the box. I sent email with wrong address notification. No response. OF COURSE....no phone # so that I was able to talk to someone directly. I feel disappointed, and very ripped off! Believe me....the word has been spread.

I’m super disappointed in my experience. I’m sitting here waiting on an important delivery that should have been here yesterday. It was for an event this morning. When I finally got shipping confirmation after 3 emails to the company it said today between 9-1. So I stayed home from work and now it’s after 1pm, a whole day later then promised and still no delivery!! I’m beyond upset and this being my first impression, it’s not a good one!

This morning I wrote to customer service about flowers I ordered to be delivered yesterday-Thursday January 21. It is now late afternoon Friday January 22. Flowers have still not been delivered!! Nobody has contacted me to rectify the situation. Bad Company service!! You are not effective if you don't follow up on a complaint. This shows me you are not a 1st class company as you portray yourself to be. You are not taking care of your customers.

Horrible experience. When I received my custom order, it arrived damaged. I reached out to Glam Fluer immediately to ask for replacement or refund with photo proof and still have received no response. Terrible customer service. Unfortunately I have read many other reviews with the same experience. This will be the last Glam Fluer purchase for me.

I ordered the flower in more than 2 weeks advance. I reserved it to deliver in December 31,2020. But they messed up. I even write to their costumer service to tell them to ship out earlier! They told me not to worry, the flower will be arrived in time. But today is January 2, 2021!! I still don’t have my order!!! So disappointing and will not buy anything from this store ever again and will not recommend to anyone!! I don’t even want to give a one star because I don’t have my order yet! How dare you!!

Our team advised you on this issue on the 2nd of January 2021 and explained that due to the ongoing pandemic, carriers are experiencing delays with order deliveries. Im still waiting for a return label to be emailed to me so i can “send back my incorrect order” and then have the issue resolved.. !?!?!?!? its been a few days. I’m very disappointed that the first concern wasn’t to get the correct colored roses I picked, shipped to me immediately!!! Over 200 dollars!! I understand mistakes happen, but your customer service is disappointing me. I even had someone reach out on Instagram messenger... they asked for pictures and I provided several that show pink and red roses. They look like a Valentine’s Day gift. I ordered them to impress my guests at a dinner party that is now over..those pink and red roses looked tacky in my dining room so I didn’t even put them out. I ordered antique vintage and dark burgundy. Is my correct irder on its way yet? I’m happy to send the pink and red ones back asap ..Debra Buccigrossi

Had I saw the roses in person before purchasing them, I would have never bought them. They don’t look real. Have a paper/plastic look to them. Very, very disappointed with this purchase.

Very disappointed. I was to have a item delivered on Order 5427. Contacted you for reasons that you claim it was delivered to front door but recipient never received it neither did her neighbors. I contacted you a couple of days later still did not hear back from you after it was supposed to be “looked into”. I am not happy the gift was supposed to be a surprise and I found it was very embarrassing

Hi Janeen, thank you for your review. We regret to hear that UPS was not able to properly deliver this package to you. We totally understand where you're coming from and immediately filed a lost claim as soon as you notified us about it and was then advised to wait as they're conducting an investigation about the package's whereabouts. Unfortunately, we have not heard any updates from UPS despite our several follow-ups. We stepped up, our team reached out to you on Dec.29 and advised you that we just went ahead and expedited a new arrangement and gave you the tracking number.
