“Horrible experience! Ordered a week prior to Valentine’s Day. It never arrived and an additional 10 days have passed and still nothing. They responded saying that they were having a problem with ups. I asked for refund and they say they are going to contact ups abd if they can get it back they will issue a refund. God forbid they inconvenience themselves”

“Beautiful roses the only thing that was wrong with them is the color of the box and the flowers I wrote an email explaining that I wanted the black box and red roses the person that emailed me told me it was noted I even called to make sure and the person on the phone said it was taken care of and said I would reseve red roses when it was delivered it was in a pink box with pink roses but all that aside they were gorgeous I'm definitely buying from you guys again and by the way the way you guys present them is beyond beautiful thanks again very satisfied...”
