“I am not sure what to write yet. Let me explain:
1. The packaging was amazing..
2. The flowers were ok -- not as fresh looking as I would have hoped...
BUT -- to see that they need to be kept at a specific temperature range - and humidity range.
BUT - we live in Phoenix! Neither temperature or humidity range is possible here -- and frankly had I known that - I would not have ordered in the first place!
So - how long will they last? I don't know.. Will I be told "well you knew about those requirements!? I don't know.”

“When I opened my Glam Fleur roses there were several petals broken and all but 1 of the roses was laying sideways in the box. The color was beautiful but I was very disappointed that the roses had been very jostled around. I had to touch them to put them back in place, I hope they will still last 365 days. I have a pic if you you would like for me to send it to you.”

“The flowers were received damaged due to poor packaging. Most disappointed.
I provided picture of the damage and have not heard back regarding a satisfactory solution.
A simple protective shield around the flowers would have offered some protection.”

“Very nice color and fragrance my issue is very disappointed with the delivery, the box was thrown to the front door which made the pedals distorted and delivery date. I requested 02/13/2021 purposely as I would be there to receive the beautiful flowers, prepare the 31st Anniversary Gift and with the early arrival that was ruined as the wife picked up the mishandled box at the door and put it on my desk. Surprise was ruined, handling of the package by carrier (out of your control but detracted from the quality of the display)
Just very disappointed with the cost and such a simple task of delivering as requested when you offer a date selection on the order.”

“The rose flower arrangement was beautiful! The scent was very nice as well. I wish they would have had bigger roses though, that would have made the bouquet perfect. Also not adding that shiny artificial spray on them. Not to my liking. Other than that, they were very beautiful and so nicely packaged.”
