“I purchased theses flowers well in advance for my daughter. She was to receive them on her birthday (I paid extra for that). The day of her birthday (Saturday) I e-mailed the company to find out what time they would be delivered that day. I got a call from the owner saying that they were lost and would be sent out on Monday. A week past. No flowers. I contacted the owner again and she emailed me a picture of the address label and said they are on their way. Sure enough, they arrived 11 days later! I receive a discount because of the late delivery. For the price of these flowers, I would have expected better customer service. I will not use this company again.”

I browsed the web site, and eventually decided to buy an arrangement as a Valentine's Day gift for my wife. When the box arrived, she opened it, and absolutely loved the Noir Round Bella Red arrangement. She loved it so much, I am considering buying a second arrangement to serve as a centerpiece on our dinner table.”
“My last two purchases from Glam Fleur were disappointing. Neither was delivered as ordered. After the first order I was contacted via email and offered the option to return the flowers that I had already given as a gift. In lieu of that, i accepted 15% refund. A manager was to ensure my 2nd order would be correct. They didn't. i received no offer of credit for that. disappointing to say the least.”
