“The flower came beautifully wrapped but that is were it ends because the flower are not in good condition. The customer service line was very responsive and di provide 2 options. 1) return flower and 2) get 15% off purchase. I did not chose to retunr because I didnt feel like going through process. They quickly gave me the discount. I overall feel that the organization seems to be run well but I wont purchase this product anymore. I will be able to bring my wife flowers everymonth for a year and they will arrive in better shape.”
“Roses were broken and fell apart when opened. I immediately contacted Glam Fleur. I was instructed to email them with photos, mail back the destroyed flowers nd they will send a new arrangement.”
“Terrible experience! Box arrived 2 days earlier than scheduled from UPS. Opened and it was a mess. One flower had fallen out, fluid has sprayed onto both vase and base (it does not come off without staining) and several of the other flower's has petals fall off. I sent a note with photo to customer service - first rep apologized and quickly offered a replacement, but then I got a note from another rep requiring more photos. I only took one photo as I was too busy trying to clean up the mess and make it nice as my wife was watching. I told rep I only had the one photo clearly showing the mess, and now they are not replying. Very expensive to arrive in poor condition and not be supported.”
“I bought a gift for my girlfriend and when she revived the flowers they were damaged. She got so upset with them and me that she had to throw them out. I reported this to the company and I never got a reply back or any type of help..”

“NOT as pictured. Box holding flowers insignia illegible/lacking ink, like the printer couldn't print, horrible looking,, box is NOT quilted looking, just plain, pink, flat thick paper. Disappointing in every way. I'll not be back for myself or gifting.”

“No care instructions or any advertising or card came with box. It was a misquoted message and it came 4 days earlier than scheduled which messed up surprise”
“They arrived badly damaged and when I requested replacement I got one vague response about a return label which was never delivered despite 2 emails and 2 phone calls. I am yet to receive any remediation 5 days later and they were supposed to be for Valentine’s Day which won’t happen since that is tomorrow. Save yourself the trouble and buy elsewhere.”

Upon receipt dead pedals that were shriveled in the bottom and the edges of majority of the roses look wilted already.
The color is pretty and the box it was sent in was of awesome quality.
I understand the process is expensive but for $130 for 9 roses, I expected the roses themselves to be a bit more fresh looking upon arrival.
These look like 1 week old roses that were then preserved.”
