“They are a scam. I have two reasons for saying so, one being the product does not work as advertised. yes it will make a dull knife sharper but no, it will not turn it into the "kitchen razor" they show in the advertisment. And two, they will not accept a return if the product has been used. This is particularly telling for its in-your-face stupidity.”

“I reached out twice to return the item within the specified timeframe and I haven't received a response. While it's a quality product, I'm disappointed in the customer service.”
“The website does not provide customers the option to change mailing and billing information when entered. The website should ask customers to verify information after entering and allow them to cancel purchases at any time. I ordered the knife block pad- 10 slots twice and returned the first one ordered. I called customer service today and was informed that a number should have been requested to return the unopened purchase and in 4 to 6 weeks I may receive a refund.”
