“These knives came highly recommended to us 20 years ago by a professional chef who was on a camping trip with us. At that time, we only purchased 2 knives to add to our collection of another brand that we had gotten as a wedding gift, which were only 5 years old at that time. The 2 Global knives, however, quickly became the favorites to use in the kitchen. We just recently felt the need to replace our "other brand" knives, so we decided to go with all Global Brand. Love the quality and feel of the knives.”

“Unbelievable feel and sharpness. I was always a but reluctant to try the Global (It looked like the handle may be slippery) and I was pleasantly surprised not only did it have good grip, but the feel of the knife helps me cut confidently and with slightly better pace. Even though it is extremely sharp it feels safe in the hand.”

“First new knife in almost 20 years. Been a Zwilling German steel user but couldn’t ever get the knife as sharp as I wanted. This knife with the no hand bolster thing allows me better grip and control. The knife is very sharp to start and I hope to learn to use my whetstone better now! I also appreciate the feel in my hand. More balance and much lighter”

“I have two Global knives which compliment my kitchen knife collection which includes knives made in Germany and Japan. I find myself favoring the Global knives because of how they feel in my hand and the incredible sharpness Global knives come with from the factory. I definitely will be purchasing more Global knives in the future.”
