“These knives came highly recommended to us 20 years ago by a professional chef who was on a camping trip with us. At that time, we only purchased 2 knives to add to our collection of another brand that we had gotten as a wedding gift, which were only 5 years old at that time.
The 2 Global knives, however, quickly became the favorites to use in the kitchen. We just recently felt the need to replace our "other brand" knives, so we decided to go with all Global Brand.

“Unbelievable feel and sharpness. I was always a but reluctant to try the Global (It looked like the handle may be slippery) and I was pleasantly surprised not only did it have good grip, but the feel of the knife helps me cut confidently and with slightly better pace. Even though it is extremely sharp it feels safe in the hand.”
