“Sharpest knife I've ever used. Feels great in my hand. I've gotten tiny cuts on my index finger from the opposite end as the point. I didn't expect that to be sharp, too.”

“Great knives for any purpose - they’ll last a lifetime and hold their edges well. They’re not cheap, but can often be found on sale. A dear friend and colleague gave me a Global vegetable knife some eighteen years ago and I’ve been amassing a collection ever since. Warning: They will ruin you for any other knife brand.”
