“Global Knives are the absolute best quality for the money. Forget expensive Euro-knives, and go with what Anthony Bourdain recommended (may he RIP.) After going paying and through several sets of Euro knives I bought Global. My nephew wanted to get knives for his mother and I told him about these. I just bought a set to give to my daughter. Treat them well, keep them sharp and you will not only have them for life, but using them will be eye-opening-these are how knives should work.”

“I already have two pairs of these scissors at different homes. But my husband remarked it sure would be nice to get rid of our not so sharp scissors and have second pair at our winter home. So is he getting a second pair in hiis stocking. I love global cutlery. We have a wonderful selection at both homes.”

“Quality of the 6" kiritsuke knife and the chef's knife is excellent. Haven't yet tried the water sharpener. Bought the knives for a 6" knife block but I didn't realize that without bolsters, both knives would extend nearly an inch beyound the block. My mistake, not Global's.”

“Honestly this is the best knife I have ever used. It’s balanced, it’s sharp and cuts beautifully. My sister was so impressed with mine that I bought one for her. Just a fantastic knife. I need the paring knife now.”

“My last Global purchase was the 3.5" paring knife. I've had a few made by others but nothing compares. Obsessively sharp and a spectacular knife. Everything I already know about Global knives is present in this paring knife. I use mine almost as much as their chef's knife. No one does it better!”

“We have been using this "favorite" knife for a few years now while visiting family and just love the way it fits in your hand, so well balanced, and the blade so sharp ... and yet no one is sharpening it! We decided to buy one for ourselves and as gifts for the cooks in our family. We may even purchase another larger chef's knife as we love it so much. You won't be disappointed! Catherine”
