“overall, the course was good and provided me with important knowledge. I felt it was a little too much for 5 days and that 6 days would be more fitting for the amount of material. there was not enough time for labs as well because of this. another annoying issue is that the lab environment gets closed when the course ends, it would be great to have it open for a few more weeks for self-study.
the instructor was good and patient, I felt there were a few topics that didn't get enough attention during the course but as I mentioned, time was an issue.

“Would have given top marks for the trainer who was excellent but it felt to me as if it should have been a five day course. The work material had several mistakes including a complete set of slides which were copied from an earlier example and not updated. The training facilities were not quite up to scratch either. The screen was too small and so we followed the slides on our laptops and handheld devices which kind of worked but because these were delivered as a pdf the resolution was bad on a lot of the images. It also made scrolling backwards and forwards difficult. Overall, it was a good course and the online pack is a useful resource.”

“As I have never worked in a big company or practiced ITIL before (been here 4 weeks) I found it harder than most as everyone else seemed to know most of the terms etc. I would have found it more useful if the instructor had been able to give examples of the processes and functions so I had something to relate them with as I was pretty confused with a lot of the terms.”
