“Georges is a very good trainer, It can not be easy for someone to lead a virtual training the way he does, with pretty much the equivalent as no audience as it seems that visibility is one direction only with adobe connect. It may be good thinking about having a software where George can also see the face of the ones in the training, and have some visual interaction. But this is the second training with Georges this same way, and both times, Georges was able to keep the audience still interested and the training was clear to understand.

“The training course took place in a small classroom and we were a reduced group consisting of only four people, which I think it's ideal.
Our teacher demonstrated a truly in-depth knowledge of all the topics and he often encouraged participation from the attendants.
My only complaint is that the labs may have been too straightforward, with excessively detailed instructions in every single step of the way. I'd rather have the opportunity of struggling a bit and even making some mistakes so I can learn from whatever I have done wrong.”
“The quality of the course I attended(Architecting for AWS) was very high but the details for how to get to the course and what to take with me where not. Several calls to Global Knowledge were required on the first morning just to get to the correct location as it was being held at a vendor site. Also attendees had to supply their own workstation devices. Not the best start to the course.”

The instructor had great knowledge and did well to cover the amount of content in the short time we had, however the pace could have perhaps been a little quicker.

“The teacher did it very good. He explained things in a good way and was responsive for all questions and reflections. He also had a good voice for virtual classes. He was easy and not tiring to listen to.
The training course material though, was not optimal written. The chapters containing the labs were sometimes very detailed in its instructions and in other labs very much were taken for granted. Along with a not so inituive interface in the System Center Configuration Manager application, the estimated time slots for the labs were always too short. There are definately space for improvement there.”
“The course was very interesting and the instructor was very knowledgeable and helpful .The biggest challenge was understanding the different aspects of the subject in a really very short time for such hard course with many laboratories. The sound was sometimes not very clear, but all in all a good course.”

Course Notes were of good quality & chance to do mock exams before the final test was very important.

“Unfortunately the training wasn't as expected. Delivered via remote link from London to Leeds, the projector was broken in Leeds (and apparently had been for some time) so I couldn't see the trainer. A temporary measure was setup on a standard desktop monitor, however bandwidth issues between the sites meant that was almost unusable.
Because of these issues and the fact the course was under manned (meaning 2 people labs had to be completed by single person), I didn't really get as much from the course as expected.”

“The classroom was cold so we had to increase the temperatures but otherwise it was comfortable as were the dining/coffee area.
The walk is more like 15 - 20 minutes than the 20 suggested but still reasonable. A walking map from the station would be useful.
James the course instructor was very good and used humour to keep the information interesting.”
“The Course content and product was exactly what I expected but the Trainer didn’t engage with us as it wasn’t tutor lead in our location. Course was delivered by Video conference and after 3 hours on the 1st day the projector broke. Apparently the projector was broken from the week before.
The projector was not repaired or replaced during the 5 day course, this meant 5 people had to view the trainer via 19” monitor.”
“excellent course ran very well by Mohammed. my only gripe is this was a 2 part course we completed the first part in December and we had a cisco box with course material fine. but on part 2 we received the course material in digital format!! we should have both parts the same either digital or hard copy..”
