Instructor was excellent, managing to keep the group engaged the whole time with a mix of deep subject knowledge & appropriate humour. Course Notes were of good quality & chance to do mock exams before the final test was very important. I hadn't taken an exam in many years & I passed so the training quality must have been good!

Unfortunately the training wasn't as expected. Delivered via remote link from London to Leeds, the projector was broken in Leeds (and apparently had been for some time) so I couldn't see the trainer. A temporary measure was setup on a standard desktop monitor, however bandwidth issues between the sites meant that was almost unusable. Because of these issues and the fact the course was under manned (meaning 2 people labs had to be completed by single person), I didn't really get as much from the course as expected.

Very interesting method, I'm happy that I've been trained on it. Up to us now to apply it... Nicholas BURCH is an excellent trainer ! It was a chance for us to have him. We all succeed both Prince2 Fundation and Practitioner courses. THANK YOU

The classroom was cold so we had to increase the temperatures but otherwise it was comfortable as were the dining/coffee area. The walk is more like 15 - 20 minutes than the 20 suggested but still reasonable. A walking map from the station would be useful. James the course instructor was very good and used humour to keep the information interesting.

The Course content and product was exactly what I expected but the Trainer didn’t engage with us as it wasn’t tutor lead in our location. Course was delivered by Video conference and after 3 hours on the 1st day the projector broke. Apparently the projector was broken from the week before. The projector was not repaired or replaced during the 5 day course, this meant 5 people had to view the trainer via 19” monitor.

excellent course ran very well by Mohammed. my only gripe is this was a 2 part course we completed the first part in December and we had a cisco box with course material fine. but on part 2 we received the course material in digital format!! we should have both parts the same either digital or hard copy..

Our trainer, Nick, took every opportunity to enliven the material with credible examples from his own experience which made the course much more engaging.

Instructor (Rosemary) was terrific, so knowledgable on the curriculum, personable and professional. Facility was easy to get to and comfortable, with lots of tea and biscuits to keep us going.

Awesome course! Covers a lot of important features that I was not aware of. Two days since and I have already used the knowledge I learned!

The overall course was well conducted with some real life examples, would be even better if we can have some practical sessions with scenarios provided for the team to resolve.

It was a very good training, the Trainer has a good skill of the topics and very well explained. Good labs. The training in my opinion is a little bit short to coverage all the Aruba topics, and we don't have much time to complete the hard labs. It is a good idea to leave open the labs one or more days to practice again all the labs. Thanks

The course was longer than was necessary for the level of knowledge required. As an attend from anywhere candidate, I found the sound quality to be a major issue and would suggest candidates go for the classroom sessions if possible.

I attended parts 1 and 2 of AUCCE, unfortunately I have my material in 2 different formats, I have part 1 in Cisco Box form and part 2 on online form, would have been nice for my Part 1 to be online or vice versa.

On Monday afternoon at around 4pm I found that I could not complete the lab and by around 5pm it was discovered that my lab setup was broken. On Tuesday morning this was fixed but again at around 4.30pm I found a similar issue and could not complete another lab. On Wednesday morning this was fixed it seemed and I continued all day until around 4.30pm when I found that the routing setup on my lab was faulty or non-existent so I could not complete that lab. On Thursday morning this problem was still present so I could only do parts of the lab which did not require branch site routing which was only fixed after Thursday lunchtime. Hardware requirements for remote access attendees should state at least two monitors preferably three as I found it difficult with two and it would have been impossible with just one screen. Too many documents need to be accessed at the same time. The Discoveries and Labs should all be in the same document as they are essentially the same. The discoveries are not numbered and are difficult at best to find when you need to do them at the end of each presentation section. The differences between the local setup and the Cisco documentation were confusing and again required juggling other documents to see what differed.

Barry was great, very engaging. I found the course really useful, particularly working with people from different areas of Three. Also, the Global Knowledge offices and facilities are really good.

Studying the CompTIA Network + course. For the amount of money paid, I am disappointed that we did not complete the course. I bought the book and at the start of the course I asked the instructor what parts do we not need to know. He replied we need to study all of the contents of the book. The 4 day course only covered 12 chapters of the 20 chapters in the book. So we only really covered two thirds of the course!
