“I thought the Instructor was excellent, very knowledgeable and made the course both interesting and entertaining. The course material however was non existent for me, I was send an email with a link to download the book, however our infrastructure would not allow us to do that, hence no course material as no hard copy was provided, and there were no hand outs. I found this very disappointing.”

For the recommendations, I think it could be better to have an exam next day instead of the last day of the training as the course is insightful and requires recap/revision before taking the exam. Also I am pleased with the trainer/instructor who gave precise and prompt responses whenever questions were asked and covered theoretical topics providing its practical business applications.

The teaching wasn't great, it was basically just here is a very quick example and then go ahead with very little to no guidance.
Currently, a waste of money.”
