“Good communication from the first phone call I made to ask about the service. Michael and his partner were punctual and courteous, and very efficient in taking out the old bed and setting up the new one. I would definitely use the service again. Thank you!”

“OMG! I had such a wonderful experience with Dean...he kept in contact with me from the moment I booked appt. then I gave wrong description of item (length) and he said no problem, he went and got a partner and completed the job without any extra charge. He was so courteous and polite. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!”

“I have used LoadUp several times and it’s been an easy process each time. Good communication and accommodating of changes leading up to the appointment. The LoadUp personnel have been on time, courteous, efficient and skilled in breaking down and removing several large furniture items. Pricing is quite reasonable. I am a repeat customer and I’m sure I will use the service again in the future.”

“Did the job when others couldn’t! Prompt, polite, and got ‘er done. In all seriousness, it was a difficult job and they took care of it when a competitor couldn’t. Came the next day after I ordered. Will use them again for sure.”

“Wonderful experience with LoadUp & the prices are reasonable for the service received. The driver arrived on time, removed my old mattress, box spring & bed frame. He also set up my Wayfair bed perfectly. Not only was he super courteous, but he also cleaned up after he was done with the job. Highly recommend this business!”
