“The two people who showed up were on time and kept in contact letting me know when got here. They were very polite, friendly, helpful with ANY questions, and quick. Could not have been happier more satisfied with their service. NOTE: This survey is talking about delivery being on time and if item was damaged and days it took for delivery. They PICKED UP/Removed my loveseat there was NO delivery involved - So did not answer those questions.”

“Great communication from this company and great customer service. Jorge was communicating with me the whole time, and both the guys were super quick getting my mattress removed. They were able to fit me in the day after I called. I have no complaints.”

“Super easy process to book pick up. Reasonably priced. They were $50-$100 cheaper than other company quotes and I didn’t have to have someone come to the house for an “in person” quote. Communication was great. They kept me updated throughout the entire process.”
