“I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with the recent furniture pickup service. The team did an amazing job from start to finish. They were very punctual and kept me informed of their estimated arrival time, which I greatly appreciated. Upon arrival, they were professional, efficient, and handled everything with care. Within no time, all of the furniture was loaded, and they made sure to have me verify that everything had been gathered before leaving. That attention to detail really stood out. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free experience. I would absolutely recommend this team and use their services again. Thank you again for the excellent service.”

“Amazing service and communication! LoadUp sent me texts the day-of with updates on where the truck was. They were able to come earlier than expected, which worked great for me. The people who moved my furniture were very quick and helpful. Overall, a swift and dependable service. Will definitely be using LoadUp again.”

“They scheduled for my pickup in the time frame I could do it . The driver gave me a call to let me know he was enroute and they were quick with removal.”

“I called "Load Up" because I had some furniture items needing recycling, repurposing or discarding. I checked a few places; "Load Up" gave me a price and schedule that worked well for me. I booked online, and received email, text, and phone call reminders leading up to the movers arriving, Alex and another Gentleman, he gave his name but I can't remember, (my apologies to the man); arrived during the scheduled arrival time window. They assessed the furniture items, and engaged in brief, friendly conversation to build rapport during the time they were at task. One they finished, I signed a statement saying the items were picked up in satisfactory manner, and I bid them farewell. If you need furniture items removed by a great crew, give Load Up a try. I'm glad I did !”
