“Jesse was great. Polite, Friendly, Knowledgeable and careful with our home. When we had an initial gap with coverage on our first chosen date, the LoadUP crew made sure we were taken care of on the next business day and helped me meet my deadline for removal We had great communication with / From Jessie, and the Loadup Office staff. Will Use again”

“Very friendly customer service. I had an issue when I placed my order and it was rectified quickly. I like that you itemize the load so you know exactly what you are paying. I Can’t believe they were Able to remove my stone patio table off my deck without taking it apart. You get updates on arrival and showed up within the time window. I thought the price was very reasonable for this load. It was a bit of a challenge maneuvering the deck stairs but Cameron and his colleague were Able to do it . Highly recommend .”

“I appreciated the guaranteed pricing when I made the reservation. You do prepay for the service but I used another junk removal service for my spare bedroom furniture and the haggling was unpleasant for me. The assigned crew showed up on time and the communication was excellent on the day of the removal. Would definitely use again!”
