“My pickup driver, Brian, was PHENOMENAL! He was beyond pleasant, extremely courteous and polite, professional and a genuinely nice guy! Someone I'd like to go out and have a few beers with! Hey Load Up, you'd better make Brian a supervisor in charge of training and give him a much deserved RAISE AND PROMOTION!”

“The two gentlemen were very efficient and courteous. Took away old mattress & box springs, frame, cardboard and all the packing. Set up new Bear mattress and adjustable bed frame. So happy that we used Bear mattress White Glove Service. It was well worth it.”

“Not knowing what to expect, I found the experience to be excellent. The customer service reps were very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Pricing was reasonable. Gustavo was very nice, personable, helpful and knowledgeable about handling bedroom furniture. The experience was much better than expected. Will recommend to friends.”

“I took a risk to set up a king mattress removal from LoadUp by providing a payment up front. I was not disappointed! I promptly received email and text of confirmation, updates. The service was swift and on time. It was a higher cost than I hoped, but I didn't have to ask friends or family or keep the mattress until others could help, rent a truck and go to the dump. It saved me stress. This company is providing a needed service, supports jobs for those who need extra income.”
