“Exceptional service! I highly recommend it. I bought a new mattress and the merchant offered old mattress removal through Angi; however, when you read the reviews about customers' experiences, they were a nightmare. So, I skipped Angi and called LoadUp and it was fast, reliable, and efficient. They give you a window of time for pickup. They stay in communication with you through a tracker and you know when they are scheduled to arrive. Thank you for the great service.”

“Absolutely 5 stars!! Customer service was on top of it, even when I needed to add another item for pickup at the last minute. Driver Josue was amazing! Very friendly, courteous and professional. Handled all of my needs perfectly! Will definitely be using LoadUp again when I have some other large items to remove!!”
