“Every comunication was excellent. Driver checked in. He was friendly. I needed some extra information for reimbursement and the support I received was immediate and helpful. I was a pickup. Definitely recommend them!”

“The entire process was simple and efficient. Price was reasonable and I was able to get my 3 piece sectional couch picked up in just a few days. On pickup day the gentleman was nice and well mannered and got the couch out quickly! I will use LoadUp again in the future”

“The service I received was EXCELLENT. Setting up the service online - SUPER EASY. Email communication to follow how my pickup order was going - USER FRIENDLY. Text message from the driver to introduce himself, his arrival time and the completion - PROFESSIONAL AND TIME EFFICIENT. This was the first time I used their service, left the items outside and while I was at work they picked them up. I will definitely use them again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!”
