“Kevin and his team were fantastic! They were so helpful, professional, thoughtful, and super great at their job! I cannot recommend LoadUp more! The preparation for the moving team was also great! “I was unhappy with the confusion re: communication… calls from two different cities, texts & emails.. my statement amount was different from what I originally was quoted…BUT, the two guys who came and took our couch were so so very kind. Impeccable customer service on the loaders!!!”
