“Two young men were on time, removed a couch and a sleeper couch in about 10 minutes this morning. They were friendly and efficient. I will use this business again.”

“Frank was very helpful in setting up our Deal Bed and removing the old one. When one of the remotes didn't work he spent the time to read the instructions and link the remote. We appreciate the extra effort.”

“Kevin and his assistant were very quick and professional when removing our old furniture from the second floor of our home. This is the second time in the last few months that I have used LoadUp and both times the gentlemen who came to remove items from our home were very polite, professional, and careful not to damage any walls, doors, etc., in our home during the removal of items. I will definitely use them again.”

“Love this service! My loader today was Timothy and her was professional, communicated well with me (especially when he was to arrive later than expected), was kind and happy to be there helping me. Will definitely use this company again because of employees like Timothy. One suggestion would be to work on the website’s picture loading capability. Tried to load my requested photos several times and finally needed to contact costumer service for help.”

“LoadUp was a God-send for me. Their customer service team was friendly, responsive, and caring to meet my same day needs. My loader, Leo, also worked around my schedule for the pickup and was courteous and professional. LoadUp fully met my expectations and at a competitive price. As I know that Loadup is a nationwide service company, I highly recommend LoadUp for any furniture disposal at least in the L.A. South Bay area.”

“I had not used Loadup before when moving furnishing. I made an inquiry and order online, which was fast and easy. From that point on, the customer service contacts I made were extremely friendly / professional / with prompt response. From the point of my order through to the pick up they remained in contact with me so that was aware of everything related to the pick up of my item, which was picked up exactly as scheduled, and without a hitch. I will certainly reach out to Loadup for any future needs! Slightly more pricey that I would have hoped, but considering the quick service I decided it was worth it.”
