“Went to go outdoors in Edinburgh was served by a guy called Johnny he went above and beyond helping us picking out sleeping bags beds cookers gas chatting about othere products with my brother and sister in law as they have not been camping this resulted in me by another bed which I am dying to try out thank you again Johnny”

“Go Outdoors Stockport is the store I always visit. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Lorna on the checkout was really helpful with my purchases. I had picked up a lot of bargains on the sale rail which had to be entered manually. Nothing was too much trouble for Lorna and she was super efficient.”

“Your Derby store Ascot Drive has a young lady Katie who helped me whilst choosing a few pair of walking sandals. She seemed very aware of what sizes were in stock and the makes of different shoes. A few days later I returned to buy some for my husband and again Katie stepped in and went out of her way to help us. Thank you Katie.”

“Had a very good experience in go outdooors on Saturday 5th March 2022. I bought some wet weather trousers. Josie was super polite and just lovely. She offered a bag which I declined but did check that I was receiving all discounts available be to me. As it happened I am ex military and she offered me that. Well done Josie.”

“The lady called Laura on the till today was so helpful and polite. She could not have done any better. I used to train people on customer care and I would have been proud I'd Laura had been trained by me .This was the store in cribbs causeway Bristol”

“called in the saltney branch on sunday 19th took a jacket to the till to confirm sale deduction and was greeted by a very warm welcome and suggested i browse around whilst she renewed my card which had expired i came back with two pairs of boots and a bobble hat and was watching the lady going through keys and tapping away on her mobile i thought there might be something wrong and was expecting helicopters above but no she was going through a price check to try to reduce the overall cost i could not believe it and was really impressed she got 90 pounds deducted she was so switched on i commented what a waste of talent on the till i have my own company although a total different line and if this lady is not at least supervisor in waiting i would retire so a very happy customer indeed her name is Leigh+1 of whom i have never met before”

“Ordered fishing bait to local store get text message to collect only one item there. So I was going to cancel my order and get refund. Wasted journey.But then the Manager of the Norwich store and Kyle from customer service manged to sort the missing items and refund one cancelled item. Big thankyou for sorting it out. Will be using them again”
