“Can't be bothered writing much so I'll get to the point ,when you shop in store its so slow, if you shop online it's so slow 🐌 buy elsewhere if you want stuff quickly”

“#TP23085 Hi I am writing regarding a recent purchase. I was overcharged by £10 the lad on the till did not know what he was doing,there was a issue with the people in front of us due to payment,we just wanted to get through and didn’t notice the overcharge till we got home,they I was charged £55 for the ladies shoes when they should have been £45,I didn’t find the store very organised”

“The prices are good so long as you buy a Go Outdoors discount card. They make it almost compulsory to have one because without it the prices are outrageous! And if you question the advertised prices, you get short shrift. Not especially happy with this situation.”

“I ordered a garment on line, paid for it and received an email to say it would be 3-5 days. Now 5 days on and nothing. The carrier has only just collected it from wherever it was stocked to be delivered to my local store. Really frustrating because I wanted it for my holiday. In store, customer service is mediocre and the range of products isn’t what it used to be. Disappointing experience”

“Unfortunately didn’t read these reviews before ordering a couple of baselayers online . After a few days received an email telling me the items were ready for collection in store . Upon arrival I was told the order had been “cancelled “ . The frazzled assistant told that for some reason “head office” was cancelling all orders & he advised me to make a complaint . I have emailed customer services requesting a refund & to leave an evidence trail if I have to escalate further. Judging by the other reviews it would seem there are multiple problems with this lot , so my advice would be AVOID”

“Advertising is a little misleading if you don't read the fine print! Prices are fantastic IF you join their loyalty programme. Items purchased were acceptable.”
