“A FAIR AND IMPORTANT PLATFORM FOR WEAVERS, BUT PROBLEMATIC IMAGES. The platform GoCoop offers for authentic handloom weaving is extremely important and essential. Their pricing also is absolutely correct. However, real improvement has to be made to the product images. ALL the saris I selected are a different shade in real life compared to their online images. This is really problematic for an online retail site and needs to be corrected urgently!e.g. a sari I chose looks mustard colour online and is really marigold orange. Another sari base colour looked beige-light brown and turned out to be quite a dark grey.”

“Everything is good the collection but your pricing . You should give an incentive for returning customers . Gocoop 300 - 100 rupees is taxes all you are saving 100 per item thats negligible.”

“My first choice of fabric was shown as available and I ordered 3 MTRS of handloom jamdani fabric from gocoop.Since no COD was available, I made the payment by transfer.Later I was informed that it is now t available, and was asked to make another choice from the available ones. Atleast make possible COD, so that if such error happens from your side, it is possible to cancel the order rather than going for a compromise. Regards Tissy”

“1- Good packaging. 2- but the communication about the product in terms of its transit, has been erratic. Covid could be the reason, so one understands. 3- If two products are ordered together- its better to post them together. Because in the order, and in one's memory- they come together. If one receives only 1, and is waiting for the other- its difficult to trace. 4- For sarees, gocoop could consider offering services for finishing of the saree pallu edge + fall (and charge for it)”

“Hi. This was my first purchase from go coop. I wore this Narayanpet saree at work. Looked beautiful. Though I was expecting the cotton to be of better quality. But colour combination and overall it fulfilled my objective. Bought it to help support the weavers in difficult times. I hope I could do some bit.”

“Products are good but the customer service needs improvement. I had specifically asked if my purchase could be put on hold as I was expecting an address change. After telling me you would, you guys shipped it. Now I have to pay extra to get it shipped elsewhere. This is plain bad service. No complaints about the product though.”

“Like Amazon u must take feedback for every product. Most of your items are good but there are exceptions too. Recently I bought one silk duppatta. It was not as per the photograph and was disappointing since it looked cheap and artificial .”
