“Hello. I ordered a Weller soldering station from gokimco. It arrived broken, with a big crack in the bottom, and a fairly large open area revealing some of the internal parts. I was asked by gokimco to return soldering station, and they promised to send me a new one. Apparently, the supplier wanted me to return the old one, but did not include an appropriate turn label. I took it to the UPS store, and they told me in order for them to ship it, I needed this special label not just the account number. The nearest UPS store that would accept the label the way the company had sent it, was 25 miles away in Charlotte, North Carolina. I hope they will clarify this situation soon. I will write another review once I receive a new Weller soldering station that is undamaged, and the appropriate documentation to send the old one back to the manufacturer.”
