“I received a defective unit but Crystal was extremely helpful and explored several options for me. She patiently explained the pros and cons of my options and was very reassuring, telling me that she would be there to make sure this got taken care of. I have full confidence that this issue will be resolved and kimco should be proud to have such a caring and helpful customer support member as part of their team.”

“(Recently purchased & received (27Apr21) Hakko FX888D-23BY soldering station. Very fast delivery (wasn't expecting such speedy delivery, thank you). It looks/runs very nice, (& genuine, just as you assured me when I called to ask prior to purchase). Thank you for the personalized service, honesty, patience with my questions (telephone), fast delivery, and good value. (I'm delighted). (Glad I chose you for this purchase).
