“The entire process was very rewarding. The shopping was easy enough, their communication as to the process of the order was good. Shipping was fast and actualy ahead of time even though the time of the year for shipping was quite busy. The product is fantastic.I use it all of the time, I consider myself a "master tinkerer" and always have something to fix.....My grandaughter (4) thinks that it's her x-ray machine and her dental light to examine Pappy.........I only had one cavity and she gave me a treat........lol......I love it.”

“Ordering from Kimco for the first time I encountered an issues where one out of three products could not be sent by mail thus making my order ineligible for free shipping. Customer service was quick to help me complete my order with an alternate item and did not charge me the balance of a dollar or so. Not much, but that combined with the quick turnaround on having my order completed definitely left me content.”

“The Weller used to be a very good iron. Their WD-1 stations breaks quickly. I wouldn't recommend Weller WD stations any longer unless you want to replace frequently. The base displays a temperature momentarily than "---".”
