“Goodhood... Never heard of them! However, when I wanted to buy a We Are Rewind personal cassette player, Google told me they were the cheapest UK supplier by some considerable margin. Assumed it might be a scam, but the site reviews were good, and wow, I'm glad I went with them. Ordered it on the Friday afternoon, and paid for 3 day delivery. Delivered the very next day, and on a Saturday too! Amazing service, and the cassette player is belting as well. Highly recommended.”

“I had paid for next day delivery and it was within the timeframe but didn't get sent by next day, emailed them and got back to me the same day and refunded me the delivery fee, no issues or push back from them which is hard to find these days with companies. Ordered a Houseplant by Seth product which are hard to come by in the UK, when it arrived had plenty off protection around the box itself so arrived in perfect condition.”

“Hello I have been going to goodhood for years, and on my last trip it was the first time i saw the new store layout. Personally i preferred the old layout with a larger menswear area downstairs. I bought a few items which i brought back to paris and i discovered this morning one of the security tags was left in a shirt. If you know how to get it off without bringing it back to London please could you let me know”

“My dress delivery was slightly delayed because of the amount of orders being sent out. I was kept informed about this and my parcel still arrived within a few days. Great service and love the designers stocked in Goodhood although at almost 70 years of age I must be at the higher end of the Goodhood shoppers age range!”
