“Goods arrived quickly. Unfortunately I had to return the shoes because of sizing issues but the returns procedure was easy and the refund was quick. I would use Goodhood again.”

“My in store purchase was fine but the member of staff said he would arrange for a pair of shoes that were in the warehouse but not in store to be sent to the store so I could pick them up. I never heard from him again.”
