“My in store purchase was fine but the member of staff said he would arrange for a pair of shoes that were in the warehouse but not in store to be sent to the store so I could pick them up. I never heard from him again.”

“I emailed GH about my gift card had expiring. I didnt even know they expired. I would’ve of spent it earlier if I knew And it was only by a couple of weeks. The kind person at customer services extended the validation on the gift card and I spent it straight away.”
