Hello 👋🏽 long-time customer Keane here. I really love the service - keep doing what you do! I buy most of my clothes from you. A few bits of feedback: - I feel like I should be able to use more of my points and get access to more benefits. I've got 3.8k points but all I can use is a £5 voucher... - would love to see a wider range of hats / accessories (bandanas / bigger necklaces would be cool) - collabs with local designers in the remake scene would be awesome - more local designers featured in-store and on the site - really poor online customer service (waited 1 week with no response then had to visit the store) when an item wasn't included in a package last year Also happy to chat more in the future, I work at Mixcloud and run their insight/research operation and would love to help Thanks, Keane

Wish I still lived in your Hood,but now I'm in Scotland I love that the website and service still feel local, friendly, and curated brilliantly. Whatever you feature, I know you've sourced the best version, and I've got Goodhood from 10-12 years ago that still beats the rest.

Went into the store to order and collect from store. The store failed to email me when the item had arrived. Waited over a week and had to chase, only to be told the item had been received at the store the day after I ordered it! Not the best intro to Goodhood.

very poor customer service; due to the below points there is no direct telephone line you go on the chat and wait for hours before someone answers they send you items different to what is advertised on their website, and when you tell them, they justify their false advertising they do not act to correct the error they made , i asked for the refund of the shipping cost, which is the least they can do for receiving incorrect items , and they refuse i asked for the email to be passed to the manager and they never bother replying disappointing retailer , with poor after care service , will never buy from them again

As discussed with our Customer Care team, the item you purchased is noted to be unique for each individual product, and therefore the product you receive when ordering may be different to the image on site. We appreciate your frustration in not receiving what you thought you would, but this information is readily available on the product page on our website and so the product you received was correct, it was just not what you had hoped. Been regularly shopping at Goodhood for the past 15 years and it’s always been a pleasure. Some of the new staff you’ve got recently are so unhelpful and disinterested that its actually become quite an unpleasant experience to shop in store. Not all the staff thankfully but you need to address it.

Pretty disappointed, ordered two items and paid for next day delivery. Only one item came and upon talking to customer services, I was informed the other hadn’t even been processed. I was told the delivery charge would be refunded but would not trust again.
