“I have made purchases via Goodhood consistently across the years as always have a great experience. The sales are amazing, and there is a good selection of products available. I tend to get accessories and clothing. Postage is swift with goods well packaged and you're informed of the delivery progress throughout. Customer service is good - never had to return anything I don't think as have loved everything purchased so that says a lot!”

“Overall, still waiting for you guys to get back to me on the issue i am facing with one of the items, so far reliable, but can't say it for sure yet. Customer Service is a not responding entity, they just asked me to review my poor review, and i did, even poorer. Hope they will get back to me, in my opinion, this is a bit absurd. By clothes, they are actually pretty cool, don't buy electronics, maybe candles if they have it?”

“Great service. I bought a couple of journals. Packaged well. No damage or marking and this is the type of piece that would be damaged easily. Prompt delivery. Am eying up a Goodhood hoody for when the weather gets a little cooler. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Team Goodhood.”
