“You must know that if you buy on this website, the « all taxes and fees included » is an absolute lie. I just bought a pair of sneakers for around 220€, and customs made me pay another 115€!!! I am used to ordering in the UK, and usually the taxes are included, no surprises upon delivery. I had no choice but to pay, as they DO NOT REPLY to your e-mails.”

“I have made purchases via Goodhood consistently across the years as always have a great experience. The sales are amazing, and there is a good selection of products available. I tend to get accessories and clothing. Postage is swift with goods well packaged and you're informed of the delivery progress throughout. Customer service is good - never had to return anything I don't think as have loved everything purchased so that says a lot!”

“Overall, still waiting for you guys to get back to me on the issue i am facing with one of the items, so far reliable, but can't say it for sure yet. Customer Service is a not responding entity, they just asked me to review my poor review, and i did, even poorer. Hope they will get back to me, in my opinion, this is a bit absurd. By clothes, they are actually pretty cool, don't buy electronics, maybe candles if they have it?”
