“I bought a ring for my daughter’s birthday and it arrived quickly and beautifully packaged. Unfortunately it was just too chunky for her small hands so I made a return in store and it was unproblematic and received my refund a week later. Thanks!”

“Really happy with the service. Package arrived quickly and packaged spot on. Buying stussy merchandise is very hard at the moment as there is a lot of fake products being sold on sites. This was top quality and a hood price. Would definitely recommend and wish all the success.⁷”

“I love Goodhood but I’d ordered a gift online which wasn’t quite right and when I went to return it, I was already outside of the two week return policy. A two week return policy leaves little room for deciding and returning an item.”

“I bought a $250++ electric kettle from them. It was not front and center on the listing that it came with a UK plug. Why would they accept my money and ship it to the US without question if they really are a 40-person company? When they heard back from me, they reccommended I buy a power adapter. Ok. So I did. That failed to provide enough juice to keep the appliance from turning itself off. So, after I spent that additional money Goodhood told me they don't provide return labels from the US. Ship it back to them for $100+ dollars so they can resell it locally and or claim it at a loss? No thanks. Quite unhappy with their dismissive customer service and lack of foresight. Would never buy from them again.”

“I shop at Goodhood all the time, but recently the online orders haven't been up to par. You charge £6.95 for DPD Express...yet 3 days later it still hasn't arrived. DPD also state that they haven't received the item from you yet. It's not Easter weekend and the item wont arrive in time, pushing delivery to 7+ days since original order.”
