“One of the best clothing and homeware stores in London. Goodhood has been a favourite of mine since it opened, the staff are helpful and friendly, the stock and styling are always spot on, and the ambience or vibe in the store is extremely welcoming and inspiring. If you're a London local it should be one of your go-tos and if you're visiting the city it's a must check out.”

“Delivery took 9 days and you charged me £7 for this. When I noticed that the trainers were too small I wanted to return them however it would have cost me another £7, so because I live in east London I asked customer service whether I could return them in store to save me the £7. You guys said “of course”. I returned them to the store, only to get charged again £7 for postal service. Terrible service! Won’t be ordering online again.”

“I order quite a lot and love the stuff!! But a lot takes ages to arrive or I end up with a fedund. If they had their stock as efficient as their emails it would be amazing. I must receive two emails a day. Annoying”

“Price is fair, but the best is their customer service. made an error on the delivery address and a quick email to the customer service got the problem resolved within a day. Product arrived extremely well packaged and on time. One problem encountered was manufacturing defects on the incense tray. Customer service again was sympathetic and on point, who proactively wanted to make it right. at the end, settled with a discount due to no more stock available for replacement. I would not hesitate to buy from Goodhood again in the future.”
